Love the look and sound. I know your rig helps, but the tones are so rich.
Great tone dude! Some people have terrible tone…
I wish he played hard rock.
Weirdest guitar name…
$4,500+! For that kind of money I'd expect a guitar that plays itself… Pretty, though…
Thank you, Darrell. I’ve FINALLY heard a guitar with P90’s in it that I liked the sound of those pickups.
the links don't work and i can't find them online. are they out of business?
Have you had the chance to try a Wide Sky P125? Which one do you prefer between that and the private stock little sister do you think?
It looks like the kind of guitar a dentist or lawyer would own just to impress people with his sense of style and knowledge of prewar guitars. It sounds really good though. I want one but I'd go for the cheaper offshore builds.
Damn! I’m getting one!
Kiaora…that sounds f…ing amazing what a beautiful guitar….
Is it truly comfortable?
It appears so different in size and shape to need acclamation? Don't know.
It's really pretty and sound good.
That would have balls delux with some hot humbuckers.
Hey Darrell, here's an idea why not do a review on affordable guitars where I wouldn't have to sell a kidney to afford one…….
SOUNDS JUST LIKE A FREIGHT TRAIN WITH BURNED OUT WHEEL BEARINGS. YUCH.
I've been harbouring some lust towards this guitar since seeing Brian at Active Melody use one in a lesson. Gravity and time are having their way with this aging player so small body/big sound is always attractive.
Price = prohibitive. But now there's a Crossroads version I've seen on Reverb for $1,500. But it's…they're actually, they have 2 of them…in Japan so….
And yeah, like a couple of others have said, some resemblance to my Blueshawk but proportions are different. Nice review. Great guitar.
Definitely has a unique voice!
Darrell makes EVERY guitar sound killer. Love that guitar!
what are you playing at the bedinning of the video? It sound amazing
